- "User-Generated Content (UGC)" – Any text, images, videos, reports, or campaign materials uploaded or shared by users.
- "Campaign Oversight AI" – DPM’s proprietary system that monitors voter sentiment, campaign progress, and party performance in real time.
- "Prohibited Content" – Any material violating DPM’s policies, including misinformation, hate speech, illegal campaign tactics, and explicit content.
3. User Registration & Account Management
3.1 Eligibility
To register, users must:

- Adhere to electoral regulations and digital communication laws within their country.
3.2 Account Creation & Responsibilities
- Providing correct and verifiable information during registration.

3.3 Account Termination & Suspension
DPM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users engage in misinformation, voter suppression, cyber threats, or electoral fraud.
4. License & Platform Usage
DPM operates as a SaaS and grants users a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for campaign management.
Users may not:
- Modify, hack, or reverse-engineer DPM software.
- Sell or redistribute DPM’s AI-driven election strategies.
- Develop competing platforms using DPM’s voter intelligence technology.
5. Data Access & Permissions
By using DPM, you grant consent to access:
- Location services for voter outreach.
- Contacts for messaging and team coordination.
- Files & media for storing campaign materials.
- Camera & microphone for virtual engagement.
6. Prohibited Conduct & Content
6.1 Users must not share content that:
- Contains hate speech, violence, or extremist ideologies.
- Spreads misinformation about election procedures.
- Defames political opponents or parties.
6.2 Users must not engage in:
- Using bots to manipulate political narratives.
- Illegally financing campaigns through fraudulent outreach.
- Unauthorized tampering with DPM’s AI-driven tools.
